The Centre for Energy, Environment and Technology (CIEMAT) is a Spanish public body of research centers who works closely with other national R&D bodies, institutions, universities and private sector companies to drive innovation.
The Division of Innovative Therapies within CIEMAT focuses on translational research of hematopoietic stem cells and their cell descendants to promote the development of new safe and effective cell, gene and drug therapies and to reduce the risks of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. They perform studies towards the development of new therapies for rare diseases.
